Findings from Dr Kotwicki's 1991 Paper: |
|
Titan is the only satellite with an atmosphere, contrary to previous beliefs composed of nitrogen rather than methane. Much has been written concerning its surface temperature of 94 K, which is close to the triple point of methane which could form seas, rivers, cliffs and icebergs on Titan: however any resemblance to Earth conditions is rather superficial and variations in temperature probably too small. |
